  1. Terms

By accessing this web site (“Site”), you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use(“terms of use”), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

This Site is owned and managed by SkiFramework, LLC (“SKI”).

This Site is offered and made available only to users thirteen (13) years of age or older. If you are not yet 13 years old please discontinue using the Site immediately.

  1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SKI’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

You agree that SKI can use any comments made on this site for marketing purposes or as testimonials or for any other purpose and you grant SKI full rights to any publicly submitted comments. You agree that your SKI account is non-transferable and you agree that you are solely responsible and liable for all actions taken via your account, whether or not such actions are made with your knowledge or authority. You agree to guard your account password carefully, with the full awareness that a failure to keep it secure will enable others to engage in transactions through the Site for which you will be legally responsible.

You agree to indemnify and hold SKI and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
